End of December / Beginning of February 2024
My time with Soldier is coming to an end. It’ll be our first and last Christmas together and at the end of February we will have to send him back to Temecula because my lease is up. I can’t believe it’s been a year. I will miss Soldier and hope I see him at future events. He’s such a sweet boy.
Thank you, Soldier, for your protection, love and always trying so very hard for me. I’m so proud we won Grand Champion at LAEC in August. Together, we won my very first Grand Champion Ribbon and title. Because of your jumping abilities and our partnership, WE DID IT! You’ve been a wonderful partner, and you have a huge place in my heart!
Soon, I’ll be on to new beginnings…we think we’ve found a horse for me to buy so that I can work towards my future jumping goals of .90 – 1.0 m levels in the new year, but you will always be my Grand Champion.
