Why is my payment going to a personal Venmo Account?

Peyton has created this business to directly support her non-profit fundraising efforts, but because she is a minor, we must request payments are made to an adult. We are currently working on getting specific accounting set up. All purchases are donations that will be paid directly to the CJE program and we appreciate your patience and support!
Can I return my item if I'm unsatified?

We appreciate your donation and support. Peyton has put time, love and creativity behind each design and she wants you to be proud to wear your Showbound piece, of course, you may return an item you are not happy with. The return of this item would be at your mailing costs and if you request a replacement, this item mailing would also be at your shipping costs. Please note, we won't be able to return your donation, but we are happy to replace an item if you are completely unsatisfied.
How do I know CJE is a real non-profit?

Can I get a non-profit receipt?

You can identify the non-profit tax ID number when you list your donations on your tax returns. If you donate a significant amount, we will absolutely get you a letter of donation for your contribution. TAX ID: 83-0548967 All donations are tax deductible

Can you personalize my order?

Yes! I'd love to personalize your order! If you are passionate about a specific hobby or icon, please email me and I'm happy to get back to you with some suggestions of what I might be able to create specifically for you!
When can I expect my item?

We will be using the USPS and let you know when you package is on it's way! Once you place your order, we will try to get your item out in the mail within 24 hours and expect USPS shipping to take 3-5 days!
