ABOUT PEYTON & SHOWBOUND

My name is Peyton,  I am 13 years old and I used to ride on the Compton Junior Equestrians team out of the Shelburne Farms equestrian center located in the heart of horse country in Hidden Valley, California.  I currently ride with Mark Watring Stables nestled back in the hills of Hidden Valley.  I try to train no less than three times a week on my horse, "Hollywood" Union Soldier.  He's a more seasoned thorough bred who has years of eventing and race track experience.  We are strong partners and working hard to compete and get top ribbons in the 2022-2023 Equestrian Jumping circuit in and around Southern California arenas.

I started making jewerly to sell and help raise funds for my 5th grade sister school in Tanzania Africa, Engilang et' Primary School.  I guess, you would say, my love of jewerly making has been a way for me to help raise funds and awareness for non-profit causes I believe in.  I'm now turning my jewerly and handmade product efforts towards supporting my Compton Junior Equestrians team.  Any purchases you make through "SHOW BOUND" will be turned into a donation towards my Compton Junior Equestrians team and riding activities, including: boarding, feed, horse care and maintenance, eventing costs, veterinary care, clinics and lessons to continue our passion to compete to the best of our abilities for Compton Junior Equestrians team.

​Compton Junior Equestrians envisions a community where we students are achieving and thriving in academics, community building, and horseback riding.  We learn about competing equestrian on a team, and the business side of riding.  On a daily basis, we practice stewardship of the environment and gain respect of animals. ​
